4. Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- WENDIOR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any other exceptional circumstance.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
- Inspecting the package upon delivery.
WENDIOR is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on wendior.in, including logos, product names, text, images, graphics, packaging designs, and other materials, is the exclusive property of WENDIOR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
WENDIOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product ordered.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.
Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, is mandatory.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal fragrance preference or dislike of the scent.
- Products that have been used, opened excessively, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made after the 48-hour return window.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.
Return Process

2. Share your order number, clear photos of the product, and the complete unboxing video.
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
4. If approved, we will arrange the return or provide further instructions.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- WENDIOR reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
